The company’s shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 27, 2017 under the symbol “FND.” In trading Wednesday, shares were at $33.51. Its initial public offering of 10,147,025 shares of its common stock at a public at an offering price of $21.00 per share closed yesterday.

Floor & Decor is a multi-channel specialty retailer of hard surface flooring and related accessories, offering a broad in-stock assortment of tile, wood, laminate and natural stone flooring along with decorative and installation accessories.
The company operates more than 70 stores in 17 states, with a high concentration of stores in Florida and Georgia. The store promotes the slogan: “Everyday Low Prices. Period.”
