Executive shuffle at Formica
Formica has announced that it will send two of its U.K. executives across the pond to Cincinnati and appoint a new leader for its North American operations.
Mitch Quint, the current VP of FormicaOs North American operations, will take over as president. Quint joined the company in 2006 as VP corporate planning.
In addition, Formica's CEO Mark Adamson and CFO Lee Box are moving from the United Kingdom offices of parent company Formica Group to the company's headquarters in Evendale, outside Cincinnati.
"By aligning our resources globally with the opportunities we see for growing our business, we're positioning the company to execute an aggressive growth agenda," Adamson said in a press release.
Formica, the maker of laminate and surfacing products, is owned by Fletcher Building of New Zealand.
