Drexel expanding in Wisconsin
Drexel Building Supply has put plans forward to build its latest location.
The Campbellsport, Wis.-based pro dealer is ready to expand with a new distribution center, showroom and campus in New Berlin. Drexel plans to break ground on the facility this year with a completion target of 2021.
The new location will include a 25,000 square-foot office and showroom along with multiple buildings totaling 128,000 square feet. New Berlin will mark the dealer's 7th yard and 9th location overall.
This location will also have a delivery radius of approximately 60-plus miles. The facility will serve builders and remodelers with lumber, flooring, millwork, cabinets, windows, doors, trusses, decking, roofing and siding.
Drexel unveiled several artist renderings of the New Berlin site on its Facebook page.
In a statement from Team Leader Matt Kavetschanky, who will lead the location, he said, “We strive to have fun every day, work very hard, and take care of our clients. We pride ourselves on our relationships and the happiness we supply to contractors and homeowners. We are actively involved in all the communities that we call ‘Home’ and I am looking forward to getting to know the New Berlin community as we extend our roots there.”
