DOL seeks your FFCRA input
The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) is hosting an online dialogue to provide employers and employees with an opportunity to offer their perspective.
The department is developing compliance assistance materials and outreach strategies related to the implementation of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), according to the National Association of Home Builders.
The ideas and comments gathered from the dialogue will inform compliance assistance guidance, resources and tools, as well as outreach approaches, that assist employers and employees in understanding their responsibilities and rights under the FFCRA.
The DOL is seeking input by March 29.
Anyone who is interested may submit comments or questions related to compliance or implementation of the rule online at ffcra.ideascale.com from March 23 through March 29.
Additionally, a Twitter chat is also being hosted by @ePolicyWorks on March 25 at 2 p.m. ET using the hashtag #EPWChat.
