Craftsman’s new drill driver
The product features a brushless motor for up to 60% more runtime than previous Craftsman models.
Among the massive launch of new products from the Craftsman brand is a V20 Brushless ½” Drill/Driver.
The product features a brushless motor for up to 60% more runtime than previous Craftsman models and boasts 400 UWO of power for speed on tough jobs. A 1/2-inch metal ratcheting chuck comes standard for bit retention. The drill driver is also compact and lightweight for ease of use.
The drill driver is made in the U.S.A. with global materials, Craftsman said.
The V20 Craftsman power tools not only work well but are compatible with the V20* battery system. The Craftsman VersaTrack panels also allow for wall storage for compatible Craftsman tools. The VersaStack system mobilizes storage and offers the ability to add and subtract modular units. The V20 battery power tool lines share a common power source and are compatible with the storage systems.
On Aug. 16, Craftsman revealed that it was releasing 1,200 new power tools, hand tools, storage items and additional products, including 100 new power tools.
Based in Towson, Md., Craftsman is a subsidiary of Stanley Black & Decker.
