Christopher Harrison named EVP, CHRO at Beacon

Beacon Roofing Supply has brought Christopher Harrison on board as EVP and chief human resources officer.

“I am very excited about Chris joining the Beacon team," said president and CEO Paul Isabella. "I am confident that his strength and experience will be a benefit for Beacon as we drive continuous improvement and growth through our entire organization. He will be a great addition to Beacon's senior management team.”

Harrison joins the company from WABCO Group in Brussels, Belgium, where he served as chief human resources officer for the 10,000-employee company.

He has also held roles at Stanley Black & Decker, ITT Corporation and TE Connectivity.

His skillset spans strategic and operational human resources, acquisition integration, business and functional transformation, and line management.

Harrison will report to Isabella at the company's Herndon, Virginia headquarters.
