Certainteed brings more colors to Encore siding

Valley Forge, Pennsylvania-based CertainTeed introduced three new colors to its line of Encore vinyl siding.

The new hues – Castle Stone, Seagrass and Buckskin – help round out Encore’s collection of 16 low-gloss colors.

“From roof to foundation, homeowners and building professionals want choice. They want a home that reflects their values and personal styles and we work hard to provide them with multiple design options,” said Brian Kirn, senior marketing manager for CertainTeed Siding Products Group. “Introducing more color options to our vinyl siding lines is one way we can give homeowners what they want, and we think they will be pleased with these new earth-tone hues for Encore.”

The three earthy, neutral tones were introduced as part of CertainTeed’s ongoing effort to provide homeowners variety in beautiful exterior cladding options, the company said. The new shades are available for Encore’s Double 4-inch Clapboard, Double 5-inch Clapboard and Double 4 1⁄2-inch Dutchlap profiles, each of which features a natural woodgrain finish. The vinyl siding line also incorporates CertainTeed’s PermaColor System, for lifetime fade protection, impact resistance and durability.
