Bradco makes acquisition out West
Bradco Supply, a national distributor of roofing, siding, windows, doors and other exterior building materials, has acquired Premier Supply of Denver.
On its Web site, Premier Supply is described as a distributor of "high quality residential and commercial roofing, waterproofing, insulation, windows, doors and general building materials."
The business will retain the Premier Supply name, and Premier executives Steve Neil, David Suer and Greg Gieed will remain under the new Bradco ownership.
"We believe this was an excellent opportunity for Bradco, as Premier shares much the same philosophy of unparalleled customer service linked to the distribution of high quality building materials," said Martin Segal, VP acquisitions for Bradco Supply. "We are very excited about this acquisition as it reinforces Bradco's commitment to the Denver marketplace, following on the heels of our recent opening at East 24th Drive in Aurora. Over the years, Bradco has remained focused on growth and building our business for the long term, and we will continue to capitalize on our leading market positions and strong balance sheet to further consolidate the roofing supply industry."
With 1.7 billion in 2008 sales, Bradco Supply ranked seventh on the 2009 Home Channel News Top 350 Pro Dealer Scoreboard.
