Beazer Homes names treasurer

Beazer Homes USA, Inc. has named Christopher Grumboski VP and treasurer. In his new role, he will be take charge of all treasury-related functions, including cash management, lender and land-banking relations and debt capital markets activities.

Additionally, Beazer's former treasurer, Ekaterina Schwallie, has been named VP national finance and strategic planning.

“We are pleased to welcome Mr. Grumboski to Beazer Homes,” said Bob Salomon, EVP and CFO. “His background includes extensive capital markets and corporate banking experience, adding a crucial skillset as we continue to grow the business and return to profitability.”

Previously, Grumboski was serving as director, debt capital markets for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. There, he was charged with the structuring, execution, pricing and distribution of public and private debt offerings.

He has also held various corporate banking and capital markets positions at BNP Paribas and Banc One Capital Markets.
