AZEK names new execs
The AZEK Company, the Chicago-based building products manufacturer, has appointed Ralph Nicoletti and Robert Perna to its executive leadership team.
Nicoletti will serve as senior vice president and chief financial officer while Perna will serve as senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary. Both will report directly to AZEK CEO Jesse Singh.
AZEK’s brands include AZEK Building Products, Versatex, Scranton Products, and Vycom.
Nicoletti served as SVP and and CFO at Newell Brands, Inc. He has also held positions at Tiffany & Company, Cigna Corporation, Alberto-Culver Company and Kraft Heinz.
Perna was previously SVP, general counsel and secretary at Rockwell Collins, Inc.

AZEK operates manufacturing facilities in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Minnesota. The company recently moved its headquarters to Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood.
