Atrium changes company name

Atrium Companies, Inc., the Dallas-based manufacturer of residential vinyl and aluminum windows and patio doors, will become known as Atrium Corp., effective immediately.

“Atrium Companies, Inc. was created as a group of independently operating enterprises,” said Atrium chairman and CEO Kevin O’Meara. “This name change underscores our commitment to becoming a cohesive operating company, producing high-quality products at plants throughout the U.S. and Canada with a targeted marketing and sales approach to better serve our customers’ needs.” 

The Atrium Corp. family of brands includes Atrium Windows and Doors, Thermal Industries, Superior Windows and Doors, Northstar, R.G. Darby and Champion Window, all of which will continue to operate under their current brands.
