Art's Way hires Bryant Phillips as group VP

Art's Way Manufacturing, an Armstrong, Iowa-based agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturer, has hired Bryant Phillips as group VP.

Reporting directly to CEO Carrie Majeski, Phillips will be charged with overseeing the P&L operations for the Ohio Metal Working Products/Art's Way Inc., Art's Way Manufacturing International LTD, Art's Way Vessels Inc. and Universal Harvester by Art's Way Inc. divisions.

"Bryant's business management degree and background, his outstanding personality, confidence and communications skills makes him an ideal choice to lead us in this important Group Vice President role," said Majeski. "His experience in defining and achieving goals through the development, implementation and execution of our long-term global objectives will be a true asset to the company."

Phillips has over 25 years of professional experience in various industries, most recently as president and CEO for Nixon Power Services Company, where he helped drive growth by 37% and earn multiple Distributor of the Year titles.
