American Woodmark names Tang to Board

Winchester, Va.-based cabinet supplier American Woodmark Corp. announced the appointment of Vance Tang of KONE Corporation to its board of directors.

Tang is the president and CEO of KONE, a U.S. subsidiary of Finland-based KONE OY, a global supplier of elevators and escalators.

American Woodmark manufactures and distributes kitchen cabinets and vanities for new construction as well as major retailers under its American Woodmark, Shenandoah and Potomac and Timberlake Cabinetry brands.
