ABC Supply purchases Alliance Wholesale Supply
ABC Supply has acquired the assets of Alliance Wholesales Supply, a distributor of roofing and other exterior building materials, based in Johnstown, Pa.
Founded in 2000, Alliance joins 22 additional ABC Supply locations in the Keystone State. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Based in Beloit, Wis., ABC Supply operates more than 700 locations nationwide.
