ABC Supply hires director of corporate development

Paul Drobnitch has joined building products distributor ABC Supply Co. as director of corporate development. In his new role, Drobnitch will work with the company’s acquisition team to identify market opportunities and businesses for acquisition.

“Acquisitions are a key component of our growth strategy,” said ABC Supply president and CEO Keith Rozolis. “Paul’s background and experience will be valuable in identifying the quality businesses that will help us grow and serve our customers.”

Drobnitch brings to ABC Supply 20 years of experience in identifying and facilitating strategic acquisitions in a variety of industries, including commercial construction. His resume includes three years as a VP corporate development for Roofing Supply Group in Dallas.

He is relocating from the Dallas area to work in the ABC National Support Center in Beloit, Wisconsin.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
