ABC Supply expands in Southern California
Roofing and building products distribution giant ABC Supply has acquired the assets of G & F Roof Supply, Inc., a three-unit distributor roofing distributor in California.
Based in Anaheim, Calif. Calif., G & F also operates locations in Whittier and Gardena. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition will increase ABC Supply’s footprint in the largest metropolitan market on the West Coast and allow the company to build stronger relationships with local contractors, the company said in a statement.
Current G & F Roof Supply associates will continue to work at the locations, providing a seamless transition for customers.
“The G & F Roof Supply team has built a great reputation among Los Angeles and Orange County area contractors,” said Matt Cooper, vice president of ABC Supply’s West Region. “We look forward to welcoming contractors who have been working with G & F Roof Supply and providing them the products and service they need to get their jobs done.”
Last month, ABC Supply opened a 4th location in the San Diego market. Overall, the company operates more than 30 locations in California including six new openings in the past year.
Based in Beloit, Wis., ABC Supply operates more than 700 locations nationwide.
