REPORT: New Western Building Products HQ moving ahead
Western Building Products, the Wauwatosa,, Wis.-based distributor of millwork and doors, is moving forward with plans for a new headquarters.
According to a report by the Milwaukee Business News, city planners have approved Western Forest Products’ plan to build a at North 115th St. – a location known as the Joy Farms site – in Milwaukee’s far northwest side.
Planning documents indicate that the new headquarters and distribution facility will be roughly 326,600-square-feet with a total cost of nearly $18 million.
Western employs about 200 workers in 3 locations. The new facility is expected to provide 20 to 25 more jobs.
