Formerly known as Fortune Brands, the company changed its name to Fortune Brands Innovations in December of 2022, after it completed a separation with its MasterBrand cabinets business.
Fortune Brands Innovations describes itself as focused on leading brands, innovation and channel positions in segments with growth tailwinds. These segments include water management, outdoor living and sustainability & safety.
“Our focus on safety and sustainability, our ongoing digital transformation, and our disciplined approach to strategic acquisitions set the stage for further long-term value creation,” said Nicholas Fink, CEO of Fortune Brands Innovations, at the time of the separation.
Its brands include Moen, House of Rohl, Aqualisa, Therma-Tru, Larson, Fiberon, Master Lock and SentrySafe.
The Deerfield, Illinois-based company reported full-year sales of $4.6 billion in 2023, that’s down 2 percent from the previous year.
The company has more than 12,000 employees.
