New South Construction Supply among fastest growing in S.C.
New South Construction Supply (NSCS) has been named one of South Carolina’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies for 2022.
The annual award is given out by Integrated Media Publishing, the publisher of Greenville Business Magazine, Columbia Business Monthly, and Charleston Business Magazine.
This is New South Construction Supply’s fourth time on this list. The company is a distributor of concrete, masonry, and waterproofing products to commercial and residential general contractors and subcontractors across the Southeastern United States announces it
“Since the start of the pandemic, we’ve had to deal with a lot: showroom shutdowns, product shortages, rampant inflation -- to name but a few of the challenges we’ve faced,” said Jim Sobeck, CEO of New South Construction Supply. “To be able to manage hypergrowth during this time has been a total team effort. Our customers, associates, and suppliers all came together to make this award possible.”
New South Construction Supply said the company is seeing record-breaking growth across its 10 branches in the Carolinas, Georgia, and Florida, and is poised to finish 2022 strong.
From acquiring Increte of North Florida in Jacksonville, Fla. in 2021, to rapidly expanding its rebar fabrication and tilt-up construction business and capabilities, New South Construction Supply is currently hiring at all of its branches.
Last month, the company was named one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina, an annual award given out by SC Biz News and the S.C. Chamber of Commerce.
