Nation’s Best partners with Upside

The Upside app helps consumers decide where to dine, get gas, and now shop for harware.

Nation’s Best, the fast-growing hardware, home center, and lumberyard dealers, has partnered with Upside.

This partnership brings Upside promotions to 46 Nation’s Best hardware stores across 15 U.S. states. Through the Upside app and its network of partner apps, millions of users are connected to retailers near them when they are making decisions about where to shop, dine, or refuel.

Upside is a digital marketplace that connects millions of consumers with brick and mortar retailers nationwide. Since 2016, Upside's personalized offers allow individuals to gain greater purchasing power for their essential needs while helping businesses, the tech company said.

According to Update, the platform is used by more than 100,000 businesses and has helped its retailer partners earn $1.5 billion in incremental profit to date. This partnership also expands Upside’s platform beyond the food and fuel categories.

“We're always looking for ways to drive more customers in-store, and Upside's methodology stood out,” said Chris Miller, CEO of Nation’s Best. “Few solutions are able to provide truly personalized incentives to customers the way Upside does, and the impact on our bottom line made this partnership a no-brainer for our company.”

Upside will be availale for use at 47 of Nation's Best's 55 locations,

Upside said it distinguishes itself by offering extended reach without additional charges and can prove its impact on its retail partners’ bottom-line profit.

Based in Dallas, Texas, Nation’s Best operates 55 locations in 17 states. 

Last month, the dealer entered Colorado through the acquisition of Timberline Builders Supply.
