MRS partners with Tamlyn and Advanced Building Products
Manufacturers Reserve Supply (MRS) announce distribution partnerships with both Advanced Building Products and Tamlyn.
Through the partnerships, MRS said it will be able to offer its customers a superior line of weatherization products that meet the latest building codes and standards.
The partnership with Tamlyn will bring a new drainable housewrap to the market. TamlynWrap Drainable WRB features the best drainability in the market, thanks to its patented gap design that creates a true drainage space between the sheathing and cladding material.
According to Miguel Gonzales, Tamlyn’s CEO and president, the drainable housewrap "drains 2x faster than other drainable wraps" and has "drying capability of a 3/8 rainscreen."
This makes it an ideal choice for builders and contractors who are looking for effective weatherization solutions.
MRS has also teamed up with Advanced Building Products.
One of the key products in the Advanced Building Products lineup is CedAir-Mat, a premium underlayment for cedar roofs that is designed to protect against moisture and decay. CedAirMat is easy to install and provides superior protection against weathering, making it a great choice for any roofing project.

Another product offered by Advanced Building Products is Mortairvent Rainscreen, a ventilation system that is designed to create a drainage and ventilation cavity between the weather-resistant barrier (WRB) and the exterior wall.
Mortairvent is easy to install and can help prevent moisture buildup and other problems that can lead to mold and other issues.
