L&W Supply promotes six branch managers
Branch managers are responsible for managing daily branch operations, cultivating customer relationships, guiding associates, and executing branch growth.

L&W Supply, the Chicago-based distributor of interior building materials and construction supplies, has announced the promotion of six branch managers.
Branch managers at L&W Supply are responsible for managing daily branch operations, cultivating customer relationships, guiding associates, and executing branch growth and profitability.
- Brett Knight has been named branch manager of the North Fort Myers, Florida, location Knight joined L&W Supply after the company acquired Coastal Building Materials in 2020. Throughout his career, he has worked in virtually every position at the North Fort Myers location. “While Brett has extensive experience in our industry, it’s his compatibility with our Core Values that really sticks out to me,” said Gulf Coast District Manager Regi Shelley. “He is everything we are looking for in a branch manager.”
- Chi Lo has been named branch manager of its Santa Rosa, California, location. Lo, nearing 10 years at L&W Supply, joined the company as a warehouse associate at the downtown San Francisco, California, location. Since then, he has worked in various roles, specializing in dispatching and inside sales. In 2021, he was recognized as Top Inside Sales Representative of the Year for the West Region. “Chi has always been a team player and highly regarded by customers and vendors,” said Northern California and Nevada District Manager Dave Hovekamp. “His high energy, great attitude and entrepreneurial spirit will serve him well in this new role.” Lo shared that in each of his roles, he drew inspiration from his late grandmother’s words, “No matter how dark the world gets, one smile will brighten up the road for the next person.
- Chris Green has been named branch manager of its Alpharetta North, Georgia, location. Green joined the L&W Supply team in April as part of the company’s acquisition of U.S. LBM’s Rosen Materials, where he was general manager. He was most recently a delivery service manager at the Alpharetta North location. “Chris is a perfect fit for this new role,” said Mid-South District Manager Brian Murphy. “His leadership, strong work ethic and industry experience are impressive. I especially appreciate his passion for the business, commitment to his associates and innate desire to always provide world-class customer service.”
- Michael Parrell has been named branch manager of its Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, location. Parrell joined L&W Supply in 2012 as a delivery associate at the Sun Prairie location. He later transitioned to an operations role and was recognized as Delivery Service Manager of the Year in 2020 for the Upper Midwest District. Most recently, Parrell held the role of Outside Sales Representative. “Michael has been an associate who is committed to growth and development. He has flourished in each position he has held with L&W Supply. I expect that to continue in his new management role,” said Upper Midwest District Manager Mark Woodsum. “Under his leadership, I am confident the Sun Prairie team will continue to provide exceptional service to their customers in the market.”
- Nick Giuliano has been named branch manager of L&W Supply’s Long Island City, New York, location. Giuliano joined the L&W Supply team in 2018, initially starting through a college internship. After his internship, he transitioned to a warehouse role and later was promoted to inside sales representative at the South Hackensack, New Jersey, location. In 2022, Giuliano accepted the position of delivery services manager of the Long Island City, New York, location. “Nick’s strong background in the industry and his growth-oriented mindset make him a great fit for this role,” said Butch Kahlau, manager of L&W Supply’s Mid-Atlantic District. “We are confident that Nick and his team will continue to foster growth in this key market and provide exceptional support to local contractors.”
- Tara Nadolny has been named branch manager of its Orlando South, Florida, location. Nadolny joined the L&W Supply team in 2017 as an inside sales associate at the Eau Claire, Wisconsin, location. After a year at the company, she was recognized as a winner of the 2018 Inside Sales Excellence Award. At the beginning of 2020 Nadolny assumed the role of branch manager of the Appleton, Wisconsin, location “In her few years at the Appleton branch, she made her mark and truly was instrumental in driving success,” said Florida Atlantic District Manager Mitchell Mathews. “We are thrilled to welcome Tara to our Florida team. With her exceptional leadership, we are confident that she and her team will continue to provide outstanding support to customers.”
