L&W Supply operates more than 250 branches in 42 states.
L&W Supply, the Chicago-based distributor of interior building materials and construction supplies, has announced the promotion of six branch managers.
Branch managers at L&W Supply are responsible for managing daily branch operations, cultivating customer relationships, guiding associates, and executing branch growth and profitability.
- Brett Knight has been named branch manager of the North Fort Myers, Florida, location Knight joined L&W Supply after the company acquired Coastal Building Materials in 2020. Throughout his career, he has worked in virtually every position at the North Fort Myers location. “While Brett has extensive experience in our industry, it’s his compatibility with our Core Values that really sticks out to me,” said Gulf Coast District Manager Regi Shelley. “He is everything we are looking for in a branch manager.”
- Chi Lo has been named branch manager of its Santa Rosa, California, location. Lo, nearing 10 years at L&W Supply, joined the company as a warehouse associate at the downtown San Francisco, California, location. Since then, he has worked in various roles, specializing in dispatching and inside sales. In 2021, he was recognized as Top Inside Sales Representative of the Year for the West Region. “Chi has always been a team player and highly regarded by customers and vendors,” said Northern California and Nevada District Manager Dave Hovekamp. “His high energy, great attitude and entrepreneurial spirit will serve him well in this new role.” Lo shared that in each of his roles, he drew inspiration from his late grandmother’s words, “No matter how dark the world gets, one smile will brighten up the road for the next person.
- Chris Green has been named branch manager of its Alpharetta North, Georgia, location. Green joined the L&W Supply team in April as part of the company’s acquisition of U.S. LBM’s Rosen Materials, where he was general manager. He was most recently a delivery service manager at the Alpharetta North location. “Chris is a perfect fit for this new role,” said Mid-South District Manager Brian Murphy. “His leadership, strong work ethic and industry experience are impressive. I especially appreciate his passion for the business, commitment to his associates and innate desire to always provide world-class customer service.”
