L&W Supply Corporation has acquired the assets of American Building Materials with locations in Wadsworth and Hebron, Ohio.
The building materials distributor said that by acquiring American Building Materials, L&W Supply will increase its team of experienced associates and strengthen its presence in Ohio. With the acquisition, L&W Supply now has eight locations in the state.
