James Pinto joins board of directors at Scovill Fasteners

James Pinto has been appointed as the newest member of Scovill Fasteners' board of directors. Pinto is an executive with The Gores Group, Scovill's parent company.

Jim’s background in operations and experience with best-in-class organizations will provide us with valuable insight as we continue our transformation and growth."

Pinto has performed in various operational and supply chain capacities for various aerospace and industrial businesses. His previous employers included Textron Lycoming, Greenlee Textron, Textron Fluid and Power and Tyco International. He also carries Six Sigma Greenbelt and Champion Certifications.

Scovill is a manufacturer of closures and fasteners for various markets, ranging from apparel to sporting goods, military, marine and medical.
