BehrPro 2013 sweepstakes winners announced

The two winners of the 2013 BehrPro Experience Tour sweepstakes were announced Wednesday on the heels of an 18-week mobile tour around the country.

Doug Kinder, owner of Madisonville, Tenn.-based Kinder Painting Company, and Jeff McCaffery of Jacksonville, Fla.-based Tom Kelly Construction Inc., will both be honored at local ceremonies this week. Each, as well, will receive a custom-wrapped trailer and trade tools, worth over $10,000 in total.

"We feel truly lucky, and grateful, to be receiving a custom trailer stocked with industry tools for our business from BehrPro," said Kinder. "With our very own, professional trailer, my business is in a better position to grow and organize how it approaches residential jobs of all sizes."

The sweepstakes had been in play since May, during which time the BehrPro Experience Tour traversed the nation to showcase BehrPro products and services. In the course of 18 weeks, the tour visited various cities and industry trade shows.

"We've felt the economy take a toll on our industry and winning this sweepstakes could not have come at a better time for me professionally and personally," said McCaffery. "The trailer and tools will be helpful for the day-to-day activities at my full-time position and also reduce overhead costs for the paint work I do on the side, allowing me to retain more of the profits."
