LP Building Solutions announced that it has entered into a settlement agreement with Huber Engineered Woods.
The agreement resolves all patent-infringement claims against LP WeatherLogic Air & Water Barrier.
As part of the settlement, LP Building Solutions will continue to manufacture and sell its Structural I sheathing with an integrated water-resistive overlay under the WeatherLogic brand name.
Further terms of the agreement are not being disclosed.
