LP Building Solutions, Huber settle WeatherLogic claims

LP Building Solutions announced that it has entered into a settlement agreement with Huber Engineered Woods.

The agreement resolves all patent-infringement claims against LP WeatherLogic Air & Water Barrier. 

As part of the settlement, LP Building Solutions will continue to manufacture and sell its Structural I sheathing with an integrated water-resistive overlay under the WeatherLogic brand name. 

Further terms of the agreement are not being disclosed.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, LP operates 22 plants across the United States., Canada, Chile, and Brazil.
