LMC gathers in Philly
The 2024 LMC EXPO brought together LMC Dealers and supplier partners from across the country for a productive, strategy-focused event in Philadelphia. The two-day gathering enabled participants to network, gain insights from industry experts, and collaborate on actionable strategies for 2025.
LMC Dealers took advantage of the opportunity to network with peers, suppliers, and LMC staff, building connections designed to elevate their partnerships in the year ahead.
The event provided value in facilitating contract negotiations, securing suppler commitments, and providing market insights, the group said.
“Our dealers and suppliers truly enjoyed some great networking along with support from our team to plan for 2025,” said LMC President and CEO Paul Ryan.
The event opened with the LMC Component Alliance’s roundtable discussions, exploring industry priorities such as multifamily job utilization, futures, and plant automation. A standout feature of the EXPO was the Supplier Forum, where leaders from LMC’s top suppliers delivered market updates and forecasts. The forum also included an in-depth session on Lumber Futures, examining unique purchasing strategies to maximize profit.
The Expo concluded with an Update Breakfast, led by LMC President Paul Ryan, and a keynote by Charles Marshall, who energized the audience with practical growth strategies for business and personal development.
