LBM Advantage plans virtual event

LBM Advantage will introduce a new Advantage Leadership Conference to be held over five days in September as a virtual event.

“Due to the cancelation of so many important industry events, including our popular NextGen Conference, we felt it was essential to offer an educational opportunity for our members” says Steve Sallah, LBM Advantage president and CEO.

The traditional in-person NextGen event has been put on hold until next year due to the pandemic. And the LBM co-op with some 500 members says the virtual leadership event allows LBM Advantage to open registration to its entire membership, and at no charge.

The Advantage Leadership Conference will be held over five days and offer attendees an opportunity to hear from LBM industry leaders on five key topics: Sales, Credit, Purchasing, Operations, and Management. “We will bring leaders from the industry to discuss the topics that are important to our dealers and their successors” continued Steve.

The event will begin on Monday, Sept. 14 covering one topic per day, each lasting approximately 90 minutes. Industry panelists will be discussing the day’s topic for about one hour before taking questions from attendees. More information can be found at www.lbmadvantage.com.
