LaValley-Middleton Building Supply grows in New Hampshire

LMC, the lumber and forest products buying group, announced that member-dealer LaValley-Middleton Building Supply has opened its latest location in Bristol, N.H.

The new facility is LaValley-Middleton Building Supply’s 12th retail location. 

Founded in 1962, the company operates LaValley Building Supply locations in Newport, Claremont, Walpole, and West Lebanon, N.H., along with Rutland, and Ludlow, VT. Middleton Building Supply has locations in Middleton, Dover, Hampton and Meredith, N.H.

Company founders, Harold and Gerry LaValley remain active in the third-generation family business.   

In addition to its retail facilities, the dealer’s operations include truss and wall panel fabrication; a world-class paint and decorating center; a custom “off-site construction” modular home division; and one of the largest, most modern Eastern White Pine sawmills in New England.

The dealer has been a member of LMC, based in Wayne, Pa., since 1975.
