Kodiak bolsters its continuous improvement team

Lance Grimm and Robert Doshi will aim to elevate the company's nationwide network.

Kodiak Building Partners has made additions to its continuous improvement (CI) team: Lance Grimm as senior vice president (SVP) of CI and Robert Doshi as vice president (VP) of CI training and development. 

Lance Grimm will spearhead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes and foster a culture of innovation and problem-solving across Kodiak’s network. Previously serving in leadership roles at Target as director of engineered standards and at Rockwell Collins as principal manager of enterprise lean, Kodiak says Grimm has a proven track record of driving measurable results, including cost savings, increased team engagement and operational stability.

As VP of CI training and development, Robert Doshi will oversee Kodiak’s Lean Enterprise Institute training and Train the Trainer programs, which are designed to expand CI capabilities throughout the organization. Known for his ability to build high-performing teams and foster cultures of excellence, Doshi will play a pivotal role in enhancing Kodiak’s CI knowledge base and supporting its local leaders.
