Klein Tools has introduced conduit measuring pull tapes, “a new addition to our offering of wire pulling essentials for electricians,” said the firm, with multiple options to best fit professionals’ needs.
Three tensile strengths and lengths are available in an orange bucket with a hole in the bucket lid for controlled, tangle-free dispending.
The tensile strengths come in 1,250 lb., 1,800 lb. and 2,500 lb. Tape widths vary from 0.49 inch to 0.76 inch, and lengths from 1,300 feet to 3,000 feet.
“Klein has developed a variety of width, length and strength options to meet jobsite needs, all designed to make dispending smooth and easy,” said Tye Parker, associate product manager at Klein Tools.
Woven, flat polyester strapping disperses the pull load and minimizes stretching when pulling, said the company, and is pre-lubricated to reduce friction.
The tape is marked with easy-to-read, descending one-foot increments to measure conduit runs and determine the amount of tape left to pay out.
“Klein Tools always looks to give electricians the most complete range of solutions for their wire pulling needs,” said Parker.
