Installed Building Products acquires Weather Seal Insulation Co.

Installed Building Products, Inc. has acquired WeatherSeal Insulation Co.

Founded in 1989, WeatherSeal is headquartered in Charlottesville, Va. and primarily provides fiberglass and spray foam insulation services to residential customers.

“With approximately $6.4 million of annual revenue, WeatherSeal expands our presence in Virginia,” stated Jeff Edwards, chairman and CEO of Installed Building Products. “To date in 2020, we have acquired over $100 million of annual revenues. Acquisitions remain a key component of our growth strategy and we continue to have a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities across multiple geographies, products, and end markets.”
