At Westlake Ace, Pritchett is known for her reliability and excellence. "When she’s here, things are just better – she’s self-motivated, positive and an amazing team player," says Joni Short, assistant store manager. Customers appreciate Cindi's helpful nature, often seeking her out by name for her knowledge, kindness and dedication to finding solutions.

Cindi's compassion extends far beyond her job at Ace Hardware. She is a dedicated volunteer at Kaleb House, a residential recovery program for families and child survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation. Driven by a vocational calling, she hopes to help the children living there get the counseling they need and support them on their path to recovery.

Earlier this year, Pritchett took vacation days and unpaid leave for her second deployment as a disaster relief volunteer, assisting tornado victims in Oklahoma. Her impressive background includes serving as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Civil Air Patrol Broken Arrow squadron.

Nate Martin, Westlake Ace's general manager, commends Pritchett for embodying the company's "Helpful Heart" philosophy. In recognition of her exceptional contributions, she was honored at a store ceremony, receiving a framed certificate and a donation check for Kaleb House.
