The company said, “the heat pen is part of its system of more than 280 cordless products that all work on the same battery.”
RYOBI has introduced the new 18V One+ heat pen to its 18V One+ lineup of cordless products.
This heat pen, said the company, “provides concentrated, direct heat for heat-sensitive applications including adhesive removal, paint stripping, heat shrink tubing and more.”
The compact design allows for precision heat applications, and the integrated stand allows for easy, hands-free use, the firm said.
Users can select the appropriate temperature for their application with either low (450°F) or high (750°F) settings. This heat pen can heat up to 700°F in just 90 seconds, said the company, allowing users to get their work finished quickly and effectively.
“Heat can be easily reflected and dispersed with the deflector and spreader nozzles included with the tool, allowing for a wider variety of precision applications such as heat shrink tubing, removing decals from a hard surface, or building materials,” said the company.
For added convenience, these nozzles can be stored on-board the tool for quick access and storage.
