Jail time for hardware-store burglar
According to the Green Bay Press Gazette of Wisconsin, a man took several days to accumulate more than $15,000 of stolen merchandise from an Oconto Falls, Wis., hardware store.
The thief pulled it off by coming back night after night last summer, after he stole the key from a pickup truck, according to the article.
Jeremy L. Dey, 36, of Oconto Falls was sentenced to three years in prison.
United True Value was the scene of the crime. The thief stole big-ticket items, including a lawnmower and a gas grill.
