Craftsman revamps woodworking line

Las Vegas -- Craftsman's Eugene Kulig has one of the longest titles in hardware, for one of the biggest brands.


Kulig's business card reads: "product manager, Craftsman work shop, stationary & bench top tools, power tool accessories."


It's a job that keeps him busy in recent months. During a National Hardware Show media event here that showcased new Craftsman tools, including a line of revamped saw blades set to hit Sears stores in May, Kulig shared his mission: "We want to bring the woodworker back to Sears," Kulig said. 


The new line of Craftsman woodworking saw blades, made in Germany, are designed to create a smooth "almost sandpaper-like" cuts, he said.
