G Wood Pro, the exclusive U.S. partner of Tantimber, a global manufacturer of ThermoWood — Thermally Modified Timber (TMT) — has expanded its U.S. distribution partnerships by adding Holbrook Lumber Company.

According to G Wood Pro., the move brings “a century-old for supplying the finest building materials to the dealer marketplace.”

They join a premier list of distributors throughout the U.S. stocking Tantimber ThermoWood products, according to G Wood Pro

“G Wood Pro offers us an opportunity to expand our premium wood product offerings to our valued customers that supply their respective markets,” said Peter Krihak, president at Holbrook Lumber Company.

Based in Altamont, N.Y., Holbrook Lumber Company has offered customers quality products sourced worldwide. Serving the Northeast market from its New York distribution center, Holbrook supplies lumber and building materials to independent retail lumberyards.

“Holbrook Lumber’s network of dealers is powerful, admirable, and dependable,” said Mehmet Zenginler, co-founder and managing partner at G Wood Pro. “We couldn’t be more excited about our partnership and looking forward to serving the Northeast in the U.S. much more effectively and efficiently in 2023.”

Tantimber Themowood can be used for multiple building product applications, including decking, siding, and ceilings.

Sourced from FSC- and PEFC-certified forests worldwide, Tantimber ThermoWood products are manufactured using a patented, chemical free and eco-friendly modification process which transforms the timber into stable and durable finished wood products standing up to the most extreme environments.

Tantimber ThermoWood is an alternative to endangered South American hardwoods, environmentally damaging petroleum-based wood imitations (WPC, synthetic/composite) and hybrid products.

Suitable for various exterior and interior applications — decking, siding, louvers, ceilings, soffits, pergolas, decorative wall covering designs and more — Tantimber ThermoWood products are available in many unique profiles and different species, including Ash, Pine, Poplar, Iroko, and Ayous.

All species, products and applications are easy to install, coat, and maintain.
