Floor & Decor to open store in Virginia
Floor & Decor is opening a store in Bailey’s Crossroads, Virginia, located at 5810 Crossroads Center Way. The warehouse store and design center will open with a team of approximately 50 full-time and part-time associates and will be led by Rich Higgins, the store’s chief executive merchant.
“We’re thrilled to announce our eighth store location in the DMV,” said Higgins. “For more than two decades, Floor & Decor has had the opportunity to serve professionals and homeowners throughout the nation, and we are excited to expand our footprint in the Virginia market with this new location. We look forward to becoming part of the community and welcoming our newest neighbors into our store and making their renovation journeys easier, inspired and more affordable.”
In celebration of the grand opening, Floor & Decor is hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony on September 19, at 10:00 a.m. EST with the Chamber of Commerce of Falls Church. In addition, guests can enjoy light refreshments while touring the new store location.
Calling All PROs
Floor & Decor is welcoming its Pro network to the new location with a special Pro Industry Networking Event on September 19. Pros can visit prograndopening.com/baileyscrossroads to RSVP and register to win $10,000 and other prizes, including an iPad, Floor & Decor gift cards, a YETI Cooler, a GoPro, and more. The first 100 attendees to show up will receive a free tumbler.

In addition, the Bailey’s Crossroads Floor & Decor store will give away a $5,000 Floor Makeover as part of its grand opening festivities. Now through November 21, 2024, customers have the chance to register to win prizes at www.floormakeoverbaileyscrossroads.com.
Best in Town & Crack the Code
Following the grand opening, the Bailey’s Crossroads Floor & Decor store will host a family-friendly “Best In Town” event and Crack the Code on September 21, beginning at 10:00 a.m. EST.
Floor & Decor will partner with other local businesses to promote its new store opening while offering the first 200 customers a chance to win $100k from a Crack the Code game. Customers will have the opportunity to enter a five-digit code of their choice to see if they crack the code and win $100k.
Floor & Decor will partner with Acme Pie Company and REWILD, to promote the new store opening, and the first 200 customers can receive pies and baby succulents. In addition to the grand opening activities, through Floor & Decor’s Community Impact Local Grant program, its new Bailey’s Crossroads location will donate an in-kind contribution to the organizations Carpenter’s Shelter and Beyond the Blueprint to support its Shelter Makeover Program.
