FBM expands in Virginia
The building materials distributor has acquired ABC Builders Supply Company.
Foundation Building Materials (FBM) reported that it has completed its acquisition of ABC Builders Supply Company.
Based in Chester, Va., ABC Builders Supply Company is a distributor of drywall and accessories, steel framing, insulation, tools, and fasteners. The company has served the greater Richmond, Va. market for more than 60 years.
FBM said that the addition of ABC further expands its residential and commercial market presence within the state of Virginia.
Moving forward, the latest addition will be bannered as FBM Chester.
With headquarters in Santa Ana, Calif., FBM operates more than 250 locations in the United States and Canada. The building products distributor is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
