Las Vegas -- The 2015 International Builders’ Show and Kitchen & Bath Industry Show kicked off with an opening-ceremony standing ovation for veterans and a football-themed pep talk from keynoter John Gruden. His advice: “Keep raising your bar.”
Collectively called the Design & Construction Week, the action continued throughout all three halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center, and all over town. Along with increased numbers of exhibitors and people, the event came with optimistic forecasts for the building year ahead.
“All the signs are pointing up,” said Kevin Kelly, chairman of the National Home Builders Association, organizer of IBS. He added: “Wear comfortable shoes.”
