Elk Creek Forest Products lands Calif. acquisition
The deal for All-Coast Forest Products is expected to close by March 31.
Elk Creek Forest Products, an Oregon-based lumber producer and distributor, has reached an agreement to acquire All-Coast Forest Products, which has been in business since 1978 in Northern California. The transaction is expected to close by March 31, 2025.
