Egg shortage fuels coop demand
You might have noticed that there’s a shortage of eggs at the grocery store.
Also, Wenger says the coops easy to assemble. A DIYer or home owner can assemble a small, medium or large coop in about 30 minutes. An XL and jumbo coop might take an hour.
“At OverEZ Chicken Coop, we got tired of seeing backyard chicken lovers not have good options for a long-lasting handsome coop, so we invented OverEZ Chicken Coops. They are really easy to ship, easy to assemble, and easy to move around your backyard,” he said. “Plus they make having backyard chickens easy and really fun.”
On the show floor, Wenger demonstrated the spacious interior and the doors that, when the coop is active with hens, open to reveal delicious-tasting fresh eggs.
A medium coop is fit for 10 birds while a Jumbo coop holds about 30 birds. The Farmhouse Large Chicken Coop shown in the photo sells for about $2,1999. OverEZ also sells chicken feeders and chicken waterers.
The chicken coops use building products and accessories from LP Building solutions, including LP SmartSide.
