Do it Best names new director
Do it Best announced the hiring of Chris Okapal as the new Director of Business Development. With a proven 25-year track record in the consumer goods industry, Okapal brings a wealth of experience in developing and executing high-impact sales strategies that drive significant growth.
In this role, Okapal will spearhead strategic initiatives to expand the cooperative's reach and success. He will be responsible for fostering and enhancing partnerships with existing and prospective members, leveraging his expertise to develop innovative solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
“Chris’s comprehensive understanding of the consumer goods industry, combined with his analytical skills, consumer insights, and knowledge of industry dynamics, make him a valuable addition to our team,” said Vice President of Sales and Business Development Greg Fuller.
Okapal spent most of his professional career -- 22 years -- with The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where he rose from a territory manager to vice president of sales.
