Do it Best has named Allison Flatjord as the company’s VP of marketing and e-commerce, aligning two key divisions under single leadership.
“Allison’s deep understanding of e-commerce, marketing, and brand building make her the ideal choice to lead these combined divisions,” said Dan Starr, president and CEO.
In her new role, said the company, she will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing while maintaining a focus on online sales and integrating digital strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
“The merging of marketing and e-commerce reflects our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our members and their customers in a digital-first world. I look forward to leading this talented team and driving innovation,” she said.
Flatjord’s accomplishments in her previous role as the e-commerce division VP include launching a best-in-class ecommerce platform in an aggressive timeframe, migrating hundreds of member-owner microsites, and growing ecommerce sales.
Flatjord brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing and e-commerce at national online retailers and Fortune 500 companies.
This initiative marks a significant step in the company’s ongoing efforts to streamline operations and enhance its digital presence in the ever-evolving marketplace.
“Under her guidance, we are confident that Do it Best and our member-owners will continue to thrive in a highly competitive landscape,” said Starr.
