Westlake Ace continues growth

With a new store in Carrollton, Texas, Westlake Ace Hardware is pushing its Lone Star holdings to 10 locations.

The Lenexa, Kansas-based company’s newest Texas store will measure more than 13,000 sq. ft. when it opens in late summer of 2016, if all goes according to plan.

Westlake operates 92 hardware stores in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico. The company was purchased by the Ace Hardware co-op in 2012.
