Parksite appoints a new director

Batavia, Illinois-based Parksite, Inc., an employee-owned distributor with 10 locations and over 400 employee-owners, has appointed Scott Clifford to its board of directors.

Clifford is senior VP supply chain management for Graybar, a distributor of electrical and communications products and related supply chain management and logistics services.

Our board members are chosen based on how their unique skill sets and perspectives can contribute to strategy development and Scott’s extensive background utilizing operations and technology to enhance the customer experience is a great addition for us,” said Ron Heitzman, CEO of Parksite.

Clifford has been with Graybar since 1994. In his current capacity, he oversees the company’s service, operations and technology platforms to enhance the customer experience and support profitable growth.

“I’ve been familiar with Parksite for many years and am honored to join the company’s Board.  I look forward to working with the Board and Management Teams to develop and drive strategy for the company’s long-term success,” said Clifford.
