OrePac seals the deal with Bridger

Wilsonville, Oregon-based distributor OrePac Building Products has formally sealed the deal on its acquisition of Bridger Forest Products.

Bridger is a specialty building products wholesaler that launched in Belgrade, Montana in 1995. Today, it enjoys prominent status in Montana and in neighboring states.

"Bridger brings a strong reputation of service and quality to the Montana, South Dakota, and Wyoming markets, which was a key element to OrePac’s interest in acquiring the company," said the company in a statement. "Bridger’s commitment to service will align well with OrePac’s overall value proposition."

OrePac Building Products is a family owned and operated wholesale distributor of specialty interior and exterior building materials. Founded in 1977, it operates 10 distribution centers throughout the West.
