House-Hasson reshuffles its senior management team

2/20/2018

House-Hasson Hardware has rearranged its senior management team with three new appointments.

Referring to the new senior VP and board of directors’ member, the new VP sales, and the new VP merchandising, president Don Hasson said, “These are accomplished leaders and exceptional professionals. They are integral parts of a leadership team that will help our hardware store and lumberyard dealers and our company prosper far into the future."

Steve Henry has been named senior VP and member of the House-Hasson board of directors. Henry joined House-Hasson in 2010 as credit manager after a career in the banking and mortgage fields.

“Steve’s contributions to this company have earned him this new role and a place on our board of directors,” Hasson said. “It’s a pleasure to have him in that role, and an equal pleasure to reward the talents of Pat and Jayson.”

Patrick McCutcheon has been promoted from regional manager to VP sales, taking over from Mike Woolf, who has retired. McCutcheon joined House-Hasson nearly seven years ago, shortly before House-Hasson acquired Moore-Handley, an Alabama hardware distributor for which McCutcheon had worked for the previous 15 years. In his new role, he will supervise a 74-member sales force and five regional managers in 17 states and the Caribbean Basin.

Jayson Monroe has been promoted from merchandising manager to VP merchandising. He was named merchandising manager last August after the death of longtime House-Hasson merchandising manager Allen Winn. His career at House-Hasson has spanned product categories such as builders' hardware and farm and fence goods, to power tools, related accessories, hand tools, and lawn and garden.
