HDW reports sales growth at Spring Market

Market attendance at the Hardware Distribution Warehouses Spring Market was boosted this year with over 30 new and first time attending dealers.

The Jan. 29-31 event featured 250 vendors, including 20 new product vendors. Vendors indicated strong responses to new item introductions and sales on existing items as well, according to the Louisiana-based distributor, and opening day attendance posted a new record, according to President and CEO Kenneth Beauvais.



Weekend sales showed a 24% increase over the market held one year ago. Seminars and educational events were held for dealers, and all had record attendance. Over $50,000 in cash prizes were awarded to attendees during the 3 day event.



HDW also unveiled its new sales van program at the Spring Market that will begin in March 2016 – The HDW van will be traveling all 9 states HDW serves, bringing new vendor products and training to HDW dealers during 2016. 

HDW has distribution centers located in Greenwood, MS and Shreveport LA and is a member/ owner of Distribution America.
