ECi RockSolid certified for integration with Ace Rewards

Fort Worth, Texas-based eCommerce Industries has announced that Ace Hardware has given its final certification to ECi’s RockSolid POS business system software for integration with the Ace Rewards program. Ace Rewards is a retail incentive program that awards points based on dollars spent and provides members advanced notice of sales, members-only coupons and allows them to submit rebates online. 

“This is a huge win for ECi RockSolid,” said Scott Stanford, president of ECi’s LBMH Division. “We will now be able to offer our solution to more hardware stores associated with Ace Hardware. Being able to offer Ace Rewards to the consumer is very important to those dealers.” 

ECi RockSolid POS is built for the independent hardware dealer, a good fit for Ace Hardware’s retail cooperative model, which allows its dealers to remain independent. “It’s just a natural relationship,” Stanford said. “It extends ECi’s reach for more dealers by allowing those dealers to offer a valuable benefit to their customers. A rewards program is a great customer retention tool.”
